# Letzscale > Letzscale is a Luxembourg company. It helps Luxembourg businesses, from restaurants, hotels and shops to law firms, accountants and fiduciaries, get recommended by ChatGPT and other AI assistants like Gemini. This is also called GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), LLMO (LLM Optimization) or AI search optimization. Letzscale is open to clients across the Benelux, France and Germany, and also builds Ledora, software for DORA Register of Information audits. The CTO does Luxembourgish AI research with the University of Luxembourg. ## The GEO service GEO means making sure AI assistants find, understand and accurately describe your business. It is related to SEO but not the same: SEO helps you rank in a list of links, GEO helps you become part of the answer. Letzscale works with businesses in Luxembourg and is open to clients across the Benelux, France and Germany: local businesses, professional services (law firms, accountants, fiduciaries, consultants), regulated and financial firms, and growing companies. The free AI Visibility Snapshot tests ChatGPT and Gemini; every paid package tests all six: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot. ## SEO foundations AI assistants build their answers on search results: Google AI Overviews draw on Google's index, and Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT search draw partly on Bing. If search engines cannot find, read or trust a website, AI cannot recommend it. Every paid Letzscale audit therefore starts with an SEO foundation check: indexing in Google and Bing, crawler access, page structure, speed and structured data. Letzscale is not a full SEO agency: it brings a site's SEO up to the level AI visibility needs, no further. Where a site is below that level, Letzscale says what to fix or fixes it, quoted separately because the work depends on the site. Letzscale does not guarantee that any AI assistant will recommend a business. It guarantees a rigorous process and transparent measurement. ## The method: Check, Fix, Check again 1. Measure: ask the leading AI assistants the questions customers ask, in English, French and German, and record whether the business appears, what they say, and who they name instead. The question set is agreed with the client in writing and kept fixed, so every result is comparable. Every test, in every package including the free Snapshot and Monitoring, is run from Luxembourg, because AI assistants recommend different businesses depending on where the question is asked. Tests run in clean sessions with no personal history, logged out where possible, on the free versions most people use. Letzscale also checks which websites the assistants cite in the sector, and finds the reasons a business is missing: technical blockers, missing structured data, unclear pages, or weak presence on the sources AI trusts. 2. Fix: a prioritised action plan, implemented by Letzscale or with the client's team. 3. Check again: same questions, same assistants. In the AI Visibility Program, a report on the work done at day 30, a progress check at day 45 and a full before/after re-audit at day 90. Monitoring adds a monthly check that catches new problems early. Answers based on live web search can change within one to two weeks. What models learned in training changes more slowly.
