Work on your website's code: design templates, plugins, custom code, hosting and links to other systems. We prepare the changes, and whoever manages your website puts them live. If you want us to do that too, it is part of Custom, quoted in writing within 2 business days.

- Paid ads, buying links, or monthly SEO contracts.

Questions about pricing
Is this what people call GEO?
Yes. Getting your business recommended by ChatGPT and other AI assistants is often called GEO, short for Generative Engine Optimization. You may also hear AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) or AI search optimization. They all mean roughly the same thing: making sure AI assistants know your business, describe it correctly and recommend it.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO means showing up in Google's list of links. GEO means getting named in ChatGPT's answer. ChatGPT often looks at Google and Bing results first, so every paid audit checks your website's Google basics first. Getting named inside an AI answer is a different job from ranking in Google, so it needs its own checks and fixes. We are not an SEO agency: bigger work on your website's code goes into Custom.
Do you need access to my website for the free report?
No. We only test what AI assistants say in their public answers. You give us your email and website, nothing else.
Do you change my website?
Not by default. We prepare everything ready to copy and paste, and whoever manages your website puts it live in about 2 hours. If you prefer, we put it live for you with the Install add-on (€490), as long as your site runs on WordPress, Webflow, Wix or a similar editor.
What if our website needs a developer?
Changes to your website's code are not part of the fixed price of the Starter audit or Change What AI Says. Your developer keeps doing those, or we do them in Custom, quoted in writing within 2 business days.
How long until I see results?
AI assistants usually take several weeks to pick up changes. That is why Change What AI Says runs 90 days, with a progress check at day 45 and a before-and-after report at day 90.
What if nothing changes after the 90 days?
No one can guarantee what ChatGPT says. What we guarantee is the work: if your score on the agreed questions has not gone up by day 90, we keep working on them for up to 90 more days at no cost, as long as the changes we prepare go live within 14 days.
Can I start with the monthly check (Monitoring) only?
No. Monitoring starts after a Starter audit or a program, because it measures against the questions and competitors we set up there.
Which languages do you cover?
English, French and German in all paid work. The free report covers English and French. Monitoring covers up to 3 languages: English, French and German. Luxembourgish is available in Custom.
