What changes the price
- How many AI assistants are tested. Checking only ChatGPT costs less than checking ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Copilot, Perplexity and Claude.
- How many questions and languages. A Luxembourg business often needs English, French and German. Each language multiplies the testing.
- Advice or fixing. An audit tells you what to fix. Fixing it (business profiles, listings, website text, structured data) is extra work and costs more.
- Website changes. Some agencies edit your website; others hand you ready-to-paste text. Direct changes usually cost more.
- How often it is re-checked. A single re-test after the work is different from monthly monitoring.
- Competition in your category. Restaurants in Luxembourg City or accountants for startups face more competition than a niche business in a small town.
What a fair quote includes
Before you compare prices, check that each quote says:
- Which AI assistants and which languages are covered.
- How many customer questions are tested.
- Whether you get dated screenshots of the answers.
- What is fixed for you and what is only recommended.
- When the re-test happens and with which questions.
- The total fee, in writing, and what costs extra.
A cheap audit that tests one assistant in one language is not comparable to a full audit in three languages.

Possibly. The Luxembourg SME Packages cover 70% of eligible costs for projects between EUR 3,000 and 25,000 excluding VAT. A one-time audit on its own is often below the EUR 3,000 minimum; an audit combined with fixing work can fall inside the range.
